How to Use It

You can train at home by anchoring the system to any standard door—just slide the door anchor into the hinge side, close the door, and you’re ready to go. This setup lets you replicate exercises you’d normally do on a cable machine at the gym, like rows, presses, and rotations.

Prefer free-weight-style training? Just stand on the tubes to perform moves like bicep curls, squats, or shoulder presses.
Training outdoors? No problem. Use the included outdoor anchor around a sturdy post, fence, or tree to take your workout anywhere

Description

- Pre-stretch the bands before use
- Avoid stretching your resistance bands in storage as this can cause them to lose elasticity over time. Instead, fold them up for storage.

-  Store the bands in a cool, dry place to prevent morphing and deterioration. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent brittleness.

- Wipe them down with a damp cloth after use.

- To help maintain elasticity and extend lifespan you can spray with a lubricant.
